Regenerative treatments
Put your skin back to work. No instant volume; instead a firmer, denser skin that builds over about three months.
From around the age of thirty, the skin produces less collagen every year. You don't see it as a single wrinkle but as skin that becomes thinner, looser and less firm. A filler can give volume back; a biostimulator addresses the cause: it prompts your skin to produce collagen again itself.
The result is therefore different from a filler. You don't see an immediate change — the skin builds it, over about three months after treatment. What you get back is your own: firmness, density and a healthier skin structure, with nothing "in" your face that others can see.
JULÄINE — PLLA
A biostimulator based on poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a substance the body breaks down completely. I use JULÄINE for the face when the skin as a whole has lost firmness and quality. Treatment usually consists of a short series of sessions; the effect builds over two to three months and typically lasts a long time.
Radiesse
A biostimulator based on calcium hydroxylapatite, a mineral also found in the body. Radiesse gives some contour immediately and then stimulates collagen. I use it for the jawline and chin, and diluted for skin quality of the face, neck, décolleté and hands.
What is the difference with a filler?
A filler adds volume you see immediately. A biostimulator adds no volume but prompts your skin to make collagen itself; the result builds over about three months and is your own.
Who is this for?
For those who see the skin as a whole becoming looser and thinner and want to address the cause — often from the mid-thirties, but we decide that in the consultation.
How many sessions?
JULÄINE is usually given in a short series of sessions; Radiesse often in one or two. The exact plan is discussed beforehand.
"From" prices are per treatment; what your treatment plan costs is discussed upfront in the consultation. Cosmetic treatments are medical procedures. They are performed only after a personal consultation, for adults aged 18 and over, and not during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
